Train a child the in way he shall go, and when he is old he will not turn from it Proverbs 22:6
Well, I know this picture of Anna Claire is old but I wanted to post this because it is one of my favorites. I try to say this verse everyday as I start to lose patience with the kids. I ofter wonder if Anna will lose her good nature as she gets older. As we ate dinner tonight Anna looked up at me at a totally random time said "Mommy, God didn't make mean guys...He made everyone perfect. When people don't know God like we do they become mean." We as parents have done SOMETHING right I thought. If I don't get anything accomplished during the day I can always count on teaching my children about the Word and helping them follow it. I have made plenty mistakes in my life believe me but one day all the worries about them melted away. Honestly, since changing churches I have become SO much more devoted to trying to serve God. I have noticed it in Justin also. The children are more eager to learn also. It is not that our old church was leading us down the wrong way or that it wasn't as fancy or it didn't have people we loved in the church because it had lots of love and good teachings but it just wasn't the RIGHT church for our growing family. I am so glad we have found Davis Chapel as our home church. I cannot wait for Sunday mornings to get here for Sunday school especially.. I love the service but something about Sunday school is amazing!!!!! (is that because the kids are in their classes and i don't have to keep them quiet, I don't have to flood Eli's mouth with cheerios at every grunt, constantly ask who has to use potty, pick up crayons 54 times, whisper share 55 times, put Anna's dress down to hide her panties 56 times, get out snacks, put snacks up, etc?) I just send the kids to Ms. Tammy and all is well. LOL I love that precious hour of peace and refreshment but to tell you truth what I love even more is greeting the children after that hour.

And that your DD is learning that everyone IS perfect! What a wonderful post this was. It brought tears to my eyes. Your love for those babies is so evident in every post you make! And isn't it wonderful to find the RIGHT church?!! It makes all the difference in the world! Vanna
